I AM TURNING 40 AND CELEBRATING IT IN LONDON, THE CITY THAT HAS BEEN HOME FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS.

Over those years, I have met some seriously brilliant humans. That means one room, one night, and a beautifully eclectic mix of people from all walks of my life. This is not just a birthday party. It is 20 years in London and 40 years of me, all rolled into one very good night.

HOW TO GET THERE

By tube:
Take the Jubilee Line or DLR to Canning Town.
Turn left after the barriers.
Take the lift upstairs and cross the red bridge.
The Lockdown Room is right there. You cannot miss it.

ARRIVE EARLY

There will be an open bar from 7pm to 9pmish, so do yourselves and me a favour and get there on time. We start strong.

FOOD

If you have not eaten before arriving, do not worry. The kitchen will be open all evening and there will also be street food traders outside. There are plenty of options and you are welcome to bring food from the street market inside.
